Alex Miningham is a serial technology entrepreneur with over a decade of experience leading funded technology and data-focused ventures from inception through acquisition.
Apart from Alex’s current role as CEO of Proof Network, Alex actively advises early-stage technology, digital security, blockchain and digital marketing businesses. A recipient of Business Observer’s 40 under 40 award, Alex studied business at Florida State University where he received both his B.A. and M.B.A
Mike Bell has over a decade of experience building and investing in successful startups.
Mike has co-founded two companies in the beverage alcohol industry and holds an Advanced Level Wine & Spirits Certificate with Distinction from WSET. Mike previously worked in venture capital at FLAG Capital, the investment banking industry at UBS, and in private equity origination at the Bank of Ireland. Mike graduated from George Washington University with a degree in Economics, where he attended with a Presidential Scholarship.
Matt is a passionate entrepreneur with proven abilities in business architecture, digital strategy, and product development.
He has demonstrated growth in several of the globe’s largest industries and brings his experience and resources to the blockchain technology and digital currency world. In addition to Matt’s role as COO at Proof Network, he provides consulting to globally recognized brands including GE, Uber, and Publicis. Matt is also an active digital currency and asset researcher providing support and resources for startups in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and South America. Matt’s work has appeared in several publications including Harvard Business Review, The Huffington Post, and TechCrunch.
Kirill is an experienced software developer with a focus on integrations, payments, and resource sharing.
Prior to joining Proof Network, Kirill spent 10 years in software development as a senior solutions architect and lead software developer (employee 18) at Wargaming.net, a top CIS / EU game developer and publisher. Kirill’s work has supported tens of millions of users and billions of payments every year on the platform. Kirill is a graduate of Belarussian State University.
Brian Overbye has spent his career as an entrepreneur, consultant, and advisor to businesses in industries ranging from digital marketing and content production to data science, education, and blockchain.
Brian has a proven track record of applying scalable growth and partnership strategies to an international clientele. Before joining Proof Network as VP of Partnerships, Brian served as a Master Data Analyst at Coca-Cola in Atlanta, while simultaneously bootstrapping his media and software startups, JPP and Spinfare, which he scaled and then sold after securing partnerships with blue chip clientele including Uber and ESPN. Brian received his B.A. from the University of Central Florida.
Bryan Angelo is an experienced executive in strategy and marketing with an extensive background in brand positioning and activation.
Before joining Proof Network as VP of Marketing, Bryan led teams focused on digital marketing and internal communications programs for global brands such as GE, Celgene Biopharmaceuticals, and Publicis Groupe. Away from his day-to-day, Bryan has a hand in a variety of unique side ventures. Bryan was also an adjunct professor at the Feliciano Center for Entrepreneurship at Montclair State University and a mentor to New Jersey-based TechLaunch, a business accelerator program.
Beth has over 20 years of experience in consumer marketing, process management and training.
Beth has managed the creation and ongoing development of Tipsi’s content systems since inception in 2013 before the company merged with Proof Network. Throughout her career, Beth has worked with clients such as American Express, Citibank, eBay, PayPal, Spiegel, Thompson Cigar, and St. Jude’s Hospital. Beth has a Marketing degree from the University of Delaware.
David Gallimore has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and executive level leadership within public corporations, private enterprises, and startup / early-stage ventures.
He has focused particularly on innovating and launching consumer subscription services, customer loyalty and insurance programs, while specializing in developing strategic partnership and business opportunities with Fortune 1000 companies in a wide range of industries including, fintech, insurance, payments, publishing, travel, retail and e-commerce. David was instrumental in leading the development and launch of Experian’s first direct-to-consumer venture. David attended Western New England University and holds multiple insurance licenses.
John Fulham has over 20 years experience in Finance and Operations holding senior positions with a number of companies.
Before Proof Network, John was COO of a $60M ARR heavy equipment dealership and Director of Finance with a $180M ARR supplements company. John has also worked as a consultant for clients like Kellogg Brown and Root, Time-Warner, the Archdiocese of Washington, DC, and several startup ventures. John has a degree in Finance from the University of Delaware.
